Leave a comment or — if they mention their website URL — click over and send a message via their contact form to find out their rates and conditions for sponsored videos.

As for promoting the book off of Amazon, these same ideas I have listed for promoting a physical product would apply… social media, your own blog or website, paid ads, etc. You might even consider having a virtual reading from your book or doing an in-person or virtual book signing.
What about promoting amazon products through direct mail, perhaps with a QR code? Thoughts?
I see that you haven’t mentioned Instagram or Pinterest. In my opinion, they are far better than Facebook when it comes to marketing.

Good advice here Karon. I prefer to promote my Amazon products through my blog and guest post because I have more leeway as far as promoting ’em freely. Some sites seem to have stricter rules on promoting Amazon stuff or any products. I set the rules for my blog. As long as I remain within Amazon’s TOS I am good to go.
