While you can send emails through Amazon’s messaging system, that is a manual process that will take you a lot of time and effort. To be most effective, I strongly recommend using a service such as Feedback Genius or Salesbacker to automatically send out your follow-up emails.
Also, try our done-for-you service and let the Marketing Words’ team write Amazon follow-up review request emails for you.
Hi Karon,
Great help!
Thanks a lot
Glad you found it helpful!
Great tips Karon!
Thanks! Glad you found them helpful.
These are great tips Karon. My partner just recently started up an Amazon store to make extra income on the side and I believe that this will greatly increase her productivity. Thanks so much!
Hi Karon, this was really helpful.
Quick question… In the email would you ask a customer to contact you directly if they have had a bad experience before leaving a review or just ask them to leave a review and take a chance it may not be 5 star?
Glad you got something from it. We don’t specifically mention a 5-star review (just because having all 5-star reviews looks suspicious), but we do include a few words about contacting the seller is anything is wrong/needs attention. If you’d rather us write the emails for you, we can. AND, in a week or two, I’ll have me new ebook about this topic ready to go.
