I admire Cindy Bidar. Do you know her? Cindy’s unique ability to break down complex systems into simple, easy-to-implement lists is nothing short of amazing.
What difference do checklists or templates make?
When done right they can be a primary factor in saving money and making money for your business… and doing it all in less time.
It’s called repeatable processes and this very unsexy concept is what most 6- and 7-figure businessowners swear by.
Because it works.
That’s why I invited Cindy to chat with me (via video) to share the secrets behind her simple, easy-peasy ideas. Plus, she’ll tell you how you can rid yourself of a little madness by using templates Cindy has already created.
Join Cindy and me as we talk about removing the mental clutter in your business and freeing yourself up to earn more!

How do you figure out what things you need to document?
For me, it’s the things I always find myself looking up over and over.
For instance, I do a live boot camp once a year. I have an entire process written out that involves all the steps I previously kept forgetting, what worked, what does not work well, who is responsible for what and when.
Doesn’t have to be some long, complicated thing like a live boot camp. Can be small tasks, too.
Anything you’re going to do more than once should be documented. It will make it easier for you to do it next time, and will make a WORLD of difference when you decide to outsource it.
And it doesn’t always have to be super formal, either. Sometimes it’s just an email to a team member that lists the 3 or 5 things that need to be done. The more complex the project/task, the more involved the documentation, obviously.
